■现状与机遇
※2007年中国船舶工业继续呈现强劲增长势头，全年造船完工量再创历史新高，达到1893万载重吨，同比增长30%，占世界市场份额的23％，位居世界第二；
※在新接订单方面，2007年我国新承接船舶订单9845万载重吨，比上年增长132%，占世界市场分额高达42%，位居世界第一；
※2007年，我国手持船舶订单15889万载重吨，比上年增长131%，占世界市场份额33%.
※2007年我国承接散货船订单达7611万载重吨，超过日本、韩国，位居世界第一位。
※国防科工委船舶行业管理办公室日前下发了2008年船舶行业管理工作要点。其中2008年船舶工业预期发展目标为：全国规模以上船舶工业企业造船完工量超过2200万载重吨，工业总产值突破3000亿美元，工业增加值超过800亿元，船舶出口金额实现160亿美元，利润总额增长20%，经济效益综合指数提高15点。预计2015年，中国的年造船能力将达到3000万载重吨，将成为世界第一的造船强国。

※浙江省是我国造船大省，其独特的区域优势、雄厚的产业优势和密集的科研优势，为其船舶制造及配套业奠定了良好的基础条件。浙江船舶工业产值、销售收入和利润增长率都在50%上下，已跻身国内造船业四强之列。其中台州的造船能力位居全省之首，2006年造船量150万吨。浙江省计划在未来几年兴建十大造船基地，总投资额将超过100亿元。据《浙江省“十一五”船舶工业发展规划》预计2020年全省造船能力将达到800万载重吨、年产量650万载重吨。届时浙江省将成为我国乃至世界最重要的造修船工业基地之一。

※为贯彻《浙江省船舶工业产业布局规划》的政策精神，加强行业交流与学习，展示全省造船工业的发展成就，促进全省造船业的技术进步，推动全省造船业的快速发展，根据全省船舶行业的发展现状和《浙江省船舶工业产业布局规划》的统一部署，由台州市政府主办的“2008浙江（台州）国际船舶工业博览会”将于2008年10月15日－17日在浙江台州国际会展中心举行，这必将给全省船舶制造企业、船舶设备生产企业，船舶维修企业，船舶配套生产企业带来无限商机。

Current Situation and Opportunity
※China’s shipbuilding industry is growing at an astonishing rate in 2007， completed shipbuilding contracts set up a new historical high record and accounted to 18.93 million dwt which was 30% increase compared with the same period in 2006， 23% of the total global market share. It propels China to No.2 in value of shipbuilding contracts of the world.
※New shipbuilding orders exceeds 98.45 million dwt， an increment of 132% over the same period in 2006， 42% of the world market share， ranked No.1 in global.
※Existing shipbuilding contracts amounts to 158.89 million dwt in 2007， accounting for an increment of 131% compared with the same period of last year， accounted for 33% of the world market share.
※New orders taken for bulk carriers in 2007 reached 76.11 million dwt which exceeded Japan and Korea， and reached its first place in the world.

※The main points of shipbuilding industry management work in 2008 was transferred to a lower level by the Shipbuilding industrial Management Office of the Commission of Science， Technology and Industry of National Defense. Thereinto， the expected development goal for shipbuilding industry in 2008 is， the completed shipbuilding contracts for shipbuilding enterprises with above designated size should exceed 22 million dwt; Total industrial output value should breakthrough 300 billion Yuan; The industrial added value should over 80 billion Yuan， the ship exporting amount needs to reach 16 billion USD， gross profit amount need to increase 20%，and economy efficiency composite index need to increase 15 points. By 2015， China is expected to become the number one shipbuilder in the world with an annual shipbuilding capability of 30 million dwt.

※Zhejiang is a large shipbuilding province in China， its superiorities of unique region， rich industries and dense researches lay a good foundation for ship manufacture and equipment sector. Zhejiang’s shipbuilding industry growth rates in of output value， sales income and profit are up to about 50%， it has already squeezed into the ranks of domestic top 4 in shipbuilding industry. Especially， the shipbuilding capacity of Taizhou occupies the first place in the whole province， its shipbuilding output in 2006 was 1.5 million tons. It is going to construct ten large shipbuilding bases in Zhejiang Province， exceeding a total investment amount of RMB10 billion. According to “The Development Planning of Shipbuilding Industry in Zhejiang during Eleventh Five-Year Plan ”， it is expected that the shipbuilding capacity of the whole province will reach 8 million dwt， and 6.5 million dwt output per year. By then， Zhejiang province will be one of the most important shipbuilding and ship repairing industry bases in our country and even the world.
